Asphalt Sealcoating Services
Asphalt sealcoating is the best way to strengthen and preserve asphalt pavement. Safe guarding and shielding it from weather, winter salt and chemicals. It also serves as a way to bring life back into your driveway.
Overtime, like anything, asphalt will start to age and wear. When you start seeing it turn grey, that means that it’s drying out of it’s binder, making it vulnerable to damage. Having a sealer applied is the best way to avoid this issue.
All of our products and materials are made by SealMaster, which means that everything we use or apply is commercial grade… So if youre in need of protecting your newly paved driveway or just looking to revive your old one…we offer many different services and approaches to protect and maintain your driveway or parking lots.
EMULSION SEALER Emulsion sealer can be applied by brush or spray.
BRUSHED SEALER APPLICATION
A Brush application is thicker but not always needed, depending on your budget and needs. The advantage of applying by brush is that it will help cover a lot of worn and distressed areas, while also withstanding more traffic and weather.

EMULSION SEALER SPRAYED APPLICATION
EMULSION SEALER Emulsion sealer can be applied by brush or spray.
Budget friendly and time sensitive effective. Offering a lot of the same benefits as brushed on sealer, just not as thick. A spray application is great for customers looking to brighten up their driveway or parking lot in a more affordable way.
OIL BASED SEALER
Different from emulsion, an oil based sealer is thinner, and can only be applied by spray. Made with the same “cutback” that asphalt is made from, leaving a semi gloss finish after it dries.
Over time as your driveway ages, one of the first signs of this, is asphalt turning grey. This means that the tar or binder is wearing, causing it to dry out and discolor. An oil based sealer will help rejuvenate your driveway by adding tar back into the asphalt, as well as sealing the pores of the blacktop.
It will not fill in or cover damaged areas like emulsion will and is ONLY RECOMMENDED FOR NEWER ASPHALT.
